Partnership Community Health Center's Navigators provide free, expert help. You will have the opportunity to sign up for an enrollment appointment. If you have already completed a Healthcare.gov application and have questions about which plan is best for you, please bring your laptop/tablet/smartphone and Partnership staff can answer questions about your specific plan options.
Please note, we will not cover information about Medicare.
