Autumnal Yoga

Join us for a sixty minute Autumnal Yoga class with Sarah Broda. Autumn is a time of letting go, as the leaves wither and fall to the ground, we can take this time to let go of old feelings and attachments so we can create a fresh space to grow with new wisdom. There will be a guided relaxation at the end of class. The program takes place before the library opens, and we will have someone posted at the doors from 7:40 until 8:05 a.m.

Please bring a yoga mat or towel with you.

Free, open to the public, and no registration necessary.
