Your Neenah Public Library card allows you to borrow items from any of the 30 libraries in the Winnefox Library System. An active library account lets you place holds, renew materials, use computers at the library, and much more. Accounts remain active for 16 months and are renewed by updating or verifying contact information.
Apply in person: Bring your photo ID and documentation (such as utility bill or lease) showing current address. Fill out an application at the Circulation Desk and, once registered, you will receive a full access library card immediately.
Patrons under age 16 need to be accompanied by parent or guardian to register.
Managing Your Account
- Access your account online to view due dates, renew items, renew account privileges, set preferences, and more.
- To renew card and account privileges, stop by the first floor Circulation Desk or call us at 920-886-6325.
- To update your address, phone, and email, stop by the first floor Circulation Desk or call us at 920-886-6325.
- Report a lost or stolen library card right away. You are responsible for any items checked out with the card until it is reported. A replacement library card may be purchased for $1 at the first floor Circulation Desk.
