We will meet at Trailhead Park and be walking a section of the Wiouwash Trail.  Trailhead Park is located in the Town of Clayton: 8384 County Rd T, Larsen

Build better brains and bodies with active outdoor discovery! Wild Child Adventure Storytime will be held outdoors at various parks in or around Neenah.  Join Neenah Librarians for stories, short hikes and enrichment activities. You can expect the program to run about 30 to 40 minutes. 

Please dress appropriately for the weather-this could mean snowpants, rain boots or a sun hat depending on the forecast.  Many of the locations will not have restrooms or restrooms will only be available during the warmer months, please plan accordingly. This is a rain or shine program however extreme weather (cold, heat or heavy rain) may result in a cancellation.

Reading Music Movement • Free Play

Toddle Time is an active storytime for children and their caregivers. We encourage development with reading a book, lively bounces, rhymes! A thirty minute free time is included at the end to enhance socialization skills for toddlers. So come learn, play and toddle with us!

Reading Music Movement Free Play

Baby Time is a gentle storytime providing an opportunity for babies and their grown-ups to bond through talk, touch, sing and play! Using repetition and movement participants will learn songs, rhymes and bounces perfect for connecting with your little ones. This storytime is followed by free play, a great opportunity for babies and adults to interact and socialize!

Meet us in Shattuck Park! In case of inclement weather join us inside the library, in the Shattuck room.

Join Miss Katrina and Miss LoriAnn each week for this all-ages musical storytime experience.  Enjoy music, bubbles, and books as we practice and learn important skills, such as language development, spatial skills and motor skills.  This program also gives kids a chance to practice self-control and help them gain awareness of their own bodies and others’ in addition to learning some fun music vocabulary!

 

Does the idea of giving your child a ponytail sound as daunting as climbing Mount Everest? Then join the Neenah Public Library for "Learn How to Style Your Child’s Hair With a Dad" Wednesday, Oct 12th at 6:00pm. Learn alongside a completely clueless dad from the NPL staff as April and Amy from REVERIE offer lessons in how to care for your child’s hair and demonstrate basic styling techniques (braid, ponytail, etc.) All types of hair will be covered. Space is limited. This interactive program is designed for one caregiver and an accompanying child (age 2-10).

Meet us in Shattuck Park! In case of inclement weather join us inside the library, in the Shattuck room.

Join Miss Hannah and Miss Jodi as we share stories, simple rhymes and movement activities at this outdoor storytime for the whole family! 

ALL PROGRAMS WILL BE HELD OUTSIDE AT SHATTUCK PARK.  In case of bad weather, storytime will be held indoors in the Shattuck Room.

 

All ages and skill levels are welcome! Chess sets will be provided. Coaching and beginner help is available.

Meet outside on the southeast side of the library! All materials and instruction will be provided.
