Open Art Space - Wood Crafts

Looking for an activity for your school-ager during spring break? Drop in at the Neenah Public Library between 12pm and 2pm for Open Art Space.

You will be able to independently explore and create using a variety of different materials with an emphasis on wood crafts. Use our examples as a guide or create something from your imagination. Projects are self directed.

It is recommended that early school-agers bring an adult as some assistance may be required.

 

Tween Create Space- Robot Hand!

 

Engage your inner scientist when you join NPL Tween Create Space by creating Robot Hands!

When finished creating, test your hand's strength by trying to catch items. 

This is a drop-in program starting at 3:30 pm with the latest arrival at 4:15pm.

Program is geared toward ages 9 and up. 

Bring your creativity and imagination!

 

 

Swiftie Party

All ages are invited to this special after-hours Swiftie Party! Featuring a DJ, a photo station, crafts, cookies, and more. Pick your Eras outfit, bring your besties, and come party in Style!

National Novel Writing Month

Have you always wanted to write a book but haven't had the chance to begin? Or have you started a novel and want to finish? Join the Neenah Public Library for a three hour NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writing Month) event. Bring your laptop or writing utensils and let those words flow in a stress free environment. Featuring games, prizes, and other surprises, this event is perfect for those that want to write a novel and have fun doing it!

Ugly Cupcake Party with Eliza Evans and Amanda Cupcake!

 

EVENT IS SATURDAY, DECEMBER 2ND

Join national best-selling author Sara Richardson (aka Eliza Evans) and wild and spunky cupcake queen Amanda Cupcake for an Ugly Cupcake Party at the Neenah Public Library Saturday, December 2nd at 7:00 pm (doors open at 6:30 pm) for a special after-hours event. Sara Richardson will read selections from her latest contemporary romcom, “The Christmas Café” and have signed copies of her book available for purchase.

Monster Mash Dance Party

 

Join NPL Youth staff in a family-friendly dance party for kids of all ages! Kids through adults are encouraged to wear their costumes. Program starts at 10:30 and guests are welcome to drop in anytime during that hour. 

This dance party will be held outside at Shattuck Park. In case of bad weather, dance party will be held indoors in the Shattuck Room.

Make a monster craft at the party or take the craft goodie bag to go.
