SANITARY Cleaned with an electrostatic sanitizing wand between every reservation.

Fitness Friday: Boot Camp

Nicole, with Absolute Wellness, will guide you through a full-body workout (cardio, core, upper and lower body.). This class is for all abilities. Remember to bring a towel or yoga mat, and a water bottle.

We will meet in the Shattuck Community Room, observing social distancing. Masks are required for all attendees.
