This dynamic duo will perform a two-piano concert featuring works by Debussy, Nadia Boulanger, Poulenc, Zipoli, Bartok, Scott Joplin, and Emma Lou Diemer.
Sean Gaskell, Music of the West African Kora Harp
Join us for a fantastic afternoon concert with Sean Gaskell. He will give a performance and educational demonstration on the Kora, an ancient 21-stringed harp from West Africa. He will feature traditional songs that are the heart and soul of the kora’s musical repertoire in addition to some of his own personal compositions.
The Driftless Plowboys are a new band playing vintage music that combines hillbilly pre-country with Hawaiian steel guitar!
