Reserve a Meeting Room

The Neenah Public Library has several rooms available to use free of charge.

Review our Meeting Room Policy to determine if you can use our meeting rooms. Not all approved uses are acceptable for all rooms. Social events, scout meetings, and parties should be held in our first-floor rooms. Rooms may not be used for commercial events where products, services, or memberships are advertised, solicited, or sold.

Staff will hold reserved rooms for 15 minutes beyond the scheduled start time; after 15 minutes, the reservation will be canceled, and the room will be available for other individuals and groups. Meeting rooms may be reserved for up to 3 months, with a maximum of ten room reservations per month. Click on the appropriate button below to reserve a room through LocalHop.
