Learn how to reduce stress with a free workshop hosted by Lisa Klarner, a professional life and career coach and anxiety educator, on May 9th at 6:30 pm at the Neenah Public Library. Many people dread going into work each day and find it challenging to maintain a healthy work-life balance. The good news is that life can be filled with more joy (and less stress)!  In this session you will learn about the value of self awareness and gather insight and helpful tips you can immediately act on.  Are you ready begin discovering your path to positive change?
