Join the Neenah Historical Society for a collaborative program with the Neenah Library for a short film screening and discussion of “Suffragettes in the Silent Cinema” which was produced by Women Make Movies. The film highlights the popular culture of the early 1900s in regards to the women’s suffrage movement. In the coming year, we will be focusing on the one hundredth anniversary of women’s right to vote in the United States and the local women who were leaders in this movement.
History programs are sponsored by the Neenah Historical Society and co-sponsored by the Neenah Public Library
