Fitness Friday

Fitness Friday meets on select Fridays at 9:15 am, alternating between Boot Camp and Balance and Strength guided by Nicole from Absolute Wellness. These classes are for all abilities. Remember to bring a towel or yoga mat and a water bottle.

In Boot Camp, Nicole will guide you through an hour-long, full-body workout (cardio, core, upper and lower body).

In Balance and Strength, you’ll get an hour of active stretching with balance exercises.

We will meet in the Shattuck Community Room.

Free, open to the public, and no registration necessary.
