The library board meets on the third Wednesday of every month (subject to change) at 4:00pm at the library, usually in the Carpenter Room on the second floor of the library. The public is invited; there is an agenda item that allows the public to speak at the beginning of the meeting.
Free legal assistance is available to individuals who need help with simple legal questions, assistance with forms, or referrals to attorneys who offer reduced-cost and/or unbundled services. Volunteer lawyers and pre-law students from UW-Oshkosh will be available to offer help in the following case types: family law, small claims, domestic abuse/harassment injunctions, probate/wills or guardianships, and property disputes.
