The next Free Legal Assistance Clinic will be held on Tuesday, July 9 from 4-6pm in the first floor Shattuck Room. 

The Winnebago County Clerk of Courts and local volunteer attorneys are offering free legal assistance to individuals who need help with simple legal questions, assistance with forms, or referrals to attorneys who offer reduced-cost and/or unbundled services. Volunteer lawyers, paralegals, and pre-law students from UW-Oshkosh will be available to offer help in the following case types: family law, small claims, domestic abuse/harassment injunctions, probate/wills or guardianships, and property disputes. 

Clinics are held on the library’s first floor in the Shattuck Room from 4:00-6:00 p.m. on the second Tuesday of each month.   First come, first served. No registration required.
