Food for Fines

The Neenah Public Library and the Menasha Public Library will be having a combined “Food for Fines” drive beginning on Saturday, April 7 through Sunday, April 15, 2012. Anyone who would like to clear their library overdue fines can bring in their non-perishable food items to the Circulation Desk at either library. Food items will be given to Double Portions Soup Kitchen and Pantry.

General guidelines:

• $1.00 worth of food will pay off $2.00 in fines
• No damaged or expired food items will be accepted.
• Food items will be applied toward overdue fines only—not lost or damaged materials or other fees.

* Please do not bring in items early—the libraries are not prepared to accept any items until April 7^th.
